Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns announced that his Outreach Center, located at 1088 Union Road in West Seneca, will be open every Thursday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. in an effort designed to assist the traveling public obtain a U.S. passport. This community service is for first-time passport applicants only. However, staff is also on hand to answer any questions or provide guidance with any other matters related to the Erie County Clerk’s office.
