Invoice Payment Becomes Hot Point in Elma Board Meeting

An unpaid invoice from last year led to friction between two Town of Elma Board members last week. 

A delay was sought on a bill for services to the town’s alarm and sprinkler systems. After some debate, a board majority agreed to the payment.
