Letter to the Editor: Elma Supervisor and Code Officer Neglecting Duties

Dear Editor,

I’m writing to inform Elma residents that the Elma Town Board, primarily Supervisor Wayne Clark, continues to allow an illegal business to operate at 2021/2023 Transit Road, which is zoned residential. The owner operates as Empire Auto Detail, Transit Auto Detail and Transit Towing & Recovery. He has been detailing cars for more than 15 years, polluting the ground of the neighboring properties by power washing vehicles, including engine compartments.
