William D. Waffner, an East Aurora resident known as Bill, died on Monday, January 23. He was 82.
A lifelong resident of New York State, Mr. Waffner attended Clarkson University, where he met his spouse of nearly 60 years and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
