Village of Arcade Police Reports – July 5, 2018




<strong>MONDAY, JUNE 25</strong>

<strong>1:04 p.m.</strong> Following a traffic stop on W. Main Street for an inspection violation, operator Walter E. Hinckley III, 39, of Fillmore was charged with AUO in the second degree.

<strong>4:40 p.m.</strong> Officers spoke with an individual on West Street regarding a property line issue. The matter was resolved for the time being.

<strong>9:20 p.m.</strong> Patrol notified a Hurdville Road resident three of his cows were loose; the animals were corralled. The resident was notified again at 11:40 p.m. for the same matter.

<strong>TUESDAY, JUNE 26</strong>

<strong>11:50 a.m.</strong> Police received a complaint of fraud from a resident regarding an account with fraudulent purchases.

<strong>WEDNESDAY, JUNE 27</strong>

<strong>11:49 a.m.</strong> Patrol investigated a suspicious PT Cruiser parked behind the hockey rink in the Arcade Village Park. The vehicle’s registered owner advised he was talking with a friend.

<strong>2:00 p.m.</strong> Patrol investigated another suspicious vehicle; a blue van with a silver stripe. This vehicle was reportedly watching kids playing in the park. The driver was described as a male in his 60s with gray hair wearing glasses; the passenger was described as a female with gray hair and glasses.

<strong>THURSDAY, JUNE 28</strong>

<strong>3:00 p.m.</strong> Margaret Lefort, 44, of Friendship was arrested on six counts of issuing a bad check. She is to appear in court on July 12.

<strong>SATURDAY, JUNE 30</strong>

<strong>5:40 p.m.</strong> Following a traffic stop for an uninspected motor vehicle, operator Charles Adamski, 32, of Lackawanna, was additionally charged with UPM. He is to appear in court on July 26.

<strong>7:25 p.m.</strong> Michael P. Mitri, 44, of Freedom was charged with suspended registration, AUO in the second degree and uninsured motor vehicle following an LPR hit. Mitri was processed and is to appear in court on July 26.

<strong>SUNDAY, JULY 1</strong>

<strong>8:20 p.m.</strong> Following a traffic stop for an expired registration, operator Gina R. Eastman, 37, of Dryden, was charged with AUO in the second degree and unlicensed operation. Eastman was processed and arraigned by Judge Salzler who remanded the subject to Wyoming County Jail in Warsaw in lieu of $500 cash or $2,500 insurance bond bail. She is to appear in court on July 12.
