The East Aurora Village Board approved a plan to have a free public shuttle take people around the village during Small Business Saturday.
This is Nov. 30, the day after Black Friday. The shuttle, suggested by Trustee Paul Porter III, was seen as a way to give people a way to navigate the village and get to the Oakwood Avenue Plaza without having to drive everywhere.
A map of the route and times of operation are expected to be released soon. The village made the approval at its Nov. 18 meeting. The cost is estimated at $600.
