“Young Elvis” Tribute Artist Returns To Alden Market

Young Elvis tribute artist Nathan Pittorf will return to the Alden Farmers Market on June 25. Nathan, a crowd favorite in past years, will perform from about 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Now 16 years old, Nathan has grown beyond the young teenager we first met but still has the look, clothes, moves and sound of a young Elvis. He’s won several competitions and has performed in Memphis many times and has branched out beyond Elvis to bring creative performances of other rock & roll legends.

The following week, July 2, Porcelain Train will return with its acoustic American folk music. The Erie County Sheriffs Department also will conduct free car seat safety checks on site.

It’s not too early to think about the annual Village Wide Garage Sale, which will be held on Saturday, Aug. 6. Spaces are available at the market; check with the Alden Chamber of Commerce at 716-937-6177 for availability and price.

Located near the Tractor Supply, Save a Lot, and Advance Auto Parts stores in the Alden Village Plaza parking lot at 13119 Broadway (Rt. 20) in Alden, the Market is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, rain or shine, through Oct. 8.
