Village Approves Lot Splits on Prospect

The board approved the division of one lot on Prospect Ave. close to Walnut Street into three total lots at its Dec. 6 meeting. There is a home at that site and it will remain there going forward, but land was split fro it to create an additional two buildable lots.

Caroler 5K Race Prevented Along Village Streets

An application for the Caroler 5K race was denied by the East Aurora Village Board after safety concerns about the course were raised by both the board and the East Aurora Police Department. The race, which was not held in 2020 due to the pandemic, attracted over 400 runners in 2019.
