The League of Women Voters of NYS has been the recipient of $1 million from an anonymous donor, a gift that will allow the league to bolster efforts to address voter suppression at the state and local level. With this gift, the league will expand efforts to educate voters and work to ensure voting ease and access for all New Yorkers.

FREEIn order to help FeedMore WNY replenish its depleted supply of donated food, the nonprofit’s Board of Directors and Community Ambassador Council are encouraging the community to support their upcoming Spread the Love peanut butter drives, taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 5 at various locations throughout FeedMore WNY’s service area, including the Aurora Village Shopping Center on Grey Street.
