At last Wednesday’s budget workshop, school board members asked the district to consider means of reducing the tax levy proposed in this year’s budget, including taking some of the appropriated fund balance to offset expenses. “We promised the taxpayers we would do our best to stabilize budgets moving forward in the two percent range.”

Free Lunch Status to End for Most Students
