The discovery of knotweed, a “very invasive species” at the foundation of the new municipal building on Oakwood, has delayed the final payment to Telco for the new town offices. At the most recent meeting officials state that Telco is responsive and the delay is typical and they expect it to be handled quickly. In other town news, the board approved a request for trail races at JP Nicely West Falls Park. These would take place throughout the month of June on Monday evenings.
