Iroquois Central School will resume full-day full-time learning in the fall. Officials say that the district is not planning to do remote learning unless a student has something from a doctor that states that in-person learning is not appropriate. Other details, such as masking, spacing and quarantine requirements, are not yet known. The fall will also include Universal Pre-K.
The district is planning on opening a new universal Pre-K program up to 54 students, which is approximately half of the average size kindergarten. If the program is filled to capacity, each classroom would have 18 students, one teacher and one assistant.
