There are currently 42 active members of the fire company and they are always looking for more volunteers. All volunteers must be 18-years-old and live within one mile of the fire district.

Elma Fire Companies Work Together in Recruiting New Members
Mercy Flight will land a helicopter on site, the state troopers and Erie County Sheriff’s Department will be on hand and the four participating fire companies will compete in different contests during a joint recruitment event on Saturday, April 23. The event is a free, family friendly gathering and everyone is invited to attend.
