The East Aurora School District is in receipt of millions of dollars in federal funding to offset learning loss related to the coronavirus pandemic. While the district has until Sept 40 2024 to spend the funding, the initiative requires that the spending plan be published by June 30.

Members of the Town of Elma voted to upgrade three highway department trucks with newer models with a total cost of $92,000, and discussed alternatives to purchasing a new Gradall excavator, as well as measures to add gas pumps at the new highway department building.
